'Somewhere Over The Rainbow'

The Octopode Factory Friday Challenge BlogThis week it has to be very colourful. So, a rainbow [of course!] Chalked background, with Octopode flowers
I thought the castle, from their digi stamp range, held by the 'you need hands' digi stamp, would come in useful.  A touch of rain with diamond glaze.
